Hatha Yoga
A grounding, breath-led practice that blends the steadiness of classical Hatha yoga with the fluid transitions of Vinyasa. Each movement is guided by mindful breathing, creating a rhythm that balances strength and softness. Expect a thoughtfully paced sequence that builds heat and awareness through standing postures, gentle flows, and moments of stillness.
This class is an all levels class that invites practitioners to deepen their connection between body, breath, and mind, cultivating flexibility, stability, and inner focus. Suitable for those comfortable moving up and down from the mat, and ready to explore both the physical and meditative dimensions of yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga
Build strength, stamina and inner fire. This vinyasa yoga class is a dynamic one-hour class designed to warm the body from within through strong standing asanas, core work and steady, rhythmic movement. Expect to get the blood flowing, awaken your power, and leave feeling centred, grounded and invigorated.
This all-levels practice is best suited for those comfortable getting up and down from the mat, and ready to build heat and strength through mindful effort.
